Join Our Team as a Pasty Production Technician! We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our Pasty Production Team here at Proper Cornish, the home of award-winning Cornish pasties and savoury bakes loved across the UK!
Starting pay: £13.10 per hour
Enhanced rate: £16.38 per hour (for hours between 20:00–06:00 or over 37.5 per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 01:00–09:30 (with two 30-minute unpaid breaks)
Start and finish times may occasionally vary, so we’re looking for people who can be a little flexible when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and move large-scale bakery equipment
- Follow set recipes and processes to ensure consistent quality
- Prepare and handle pastry in bulk, ready for our production lines
- Help keep everything running smoothly to meet daily targets
