We’re the education sector’s dedicated consultancy – bringing together a community of trusted professionals with proven track records in their specialist fields. We’re looking to expand our Associate team. Our Associates come from a range of backgrounds, including:

  • CEOs, Headteachers and Principals
  • Deputy Headteachers – including specialists in curriculum, behaviour & attendance, teaching & learning
  • Central MAT operations – including finance and HR
  • SEND professionals
  • Early Years Foundation Stage and nursery specialists
  • Experts in inclusion and alternative provision
  • School improvement advisers / improvement partners / Ofsted inspectors
