Key responsibilities
- Implement a sales & marketing strategy that generates leads from Propeller’s target audience
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with our Design team to develop compelling content, messaging, and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation
- Working with the Chief Growth Officer, manage Propeller’s marketing budget, evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize results
- Participate in direct outreach via email, LinkedIn and other channels to arrange sales meetings
- Own the Propeller website, ensuring content and structure is relevant, up-to-date, optimised and performant
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters and email copy
- Ensure we have relevant client case studies to be used in Propeller’s marketing collateral and in pitch decks
- Work with the Growth team to respond to RFPs and in putting together pitch decks, and attend pitches when relevant.
