Key detail

  • CRO Lead, £55k-60k (dependent on experience)
  • Hybrid working (3 days in our Angel office)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Digital agency working in the Hospitality, Travel, Food & Drink and Entertainment sectors

What you\’ll need to succeed:

  • Compelling experience and a solid track record of ideating, executing and analysing large-scale A/B & Multivariate tests for a range of clients
  • The ability to own A/B test and learn programmes, including the technical delivery of tests
  • The ability to plan & implement the CRO strategy to drive improvements to conversion rate and other key KPIs
  • Experience in UX research and design and advanced web performance analytics
  • Solid experience in using CRO and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, and Hotjar, to gather insights and inform optimisation efforts
  • The ability to manage multiple CRO projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Experience in providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business strategies and decisions
  • The ability to organise and lead CRO workshops
  • The ability to lead client communication for CRO-related workstreams, working closely with the Account Management team, which manages the day-to-day relationship with clients
