Key responsibilities
- Organise and attend client meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and maintaining action logs.
- Create and manage client documentation such as project decks, requirements, trackers, content specs, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with our Studio Team, ensuring clear communication on workflows and expectations.
- Coordinate internal resource scheduling to optimise team allocation and delivery timelines.
- Prepare project documentation and task logging.
- Track and report on project health, including budgets, timelines, risks, and scope.
- Provide regular project status updates and escalations to the Head of Project Delivery.
- Support weekly client budget reporting.
- Assist the account management team with brief creation, client requests, and CMS tasks.
