We will expect you to work in a hybrid model, working from our London office 3 days a week.
About the role
- Draw insights from data and expose clearly to clients
- Leverage data effectively and gain valuable insights to support our outputs
- Hands-on implementation of clients’ analytics accounts, including properties, user management, dashboards, and reporting
- Be the “source of truth”
- Analyse data from multiple sources using Data Analytics tools
- Assist in monitoring and implementing analytic and marketing tags
- Analyse and report on test results, communicating actionable insights to clients
- Work collaboratively with the other departments ensuring a complementary approach between the different services
- Data visualisation tools: Create and customise easily and quickly dashboards, reports, visualisations
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot tracking issues, discrepancies, data inconsistencies across platforms
- Provide insights to build strong client strategies
- Be the point of reference for data-driven decisions
- Inform campaign tracking and KPIs framework
- Support on new business pitches
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience
- Able to explain complex data to clients in a simple way
- GA4: Advanced level
- Google Tag Manager: Advanced level
