The Analytics Manager is a key role within the studio team. The role focuses on supporting the Director of Performance to enhance Propeller’s analytics proposition. You will set up and use Analytics tools to investigate customer journey and behaviour.

Key responsibilities
- Be able to draw insights from data and clearly expose to clients
- Leverage data effectively and gain valuable insights to support our outputs
- Hands-on implementation of clients’ analytics accounts, including properties, user management, dashboards, and reporting
- Be the “source of truth”
- Analyse data from multiple sources using Data Analytics tools
- Assist in monitoring and implementing analytics and marketing tags
- Analyse and report on test results, communicating actionable insights to clients
- Work collaboratively with the other departments, ensuring a collaborative, complementary approach between the different services
- Line manage our remote analytics specialist, based in India. Some experience managing people, particularly remotely, is preferred.
