You'll work alongside experienced Launch Delivery Managers, gaining hands-on experience in project management, client services, artwork delivery, print production, and packaging operations.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Support Launch Delivery Managers in delivering packaging and artwork projects from brief through to market launch.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
  • Work closely with production, artwork, and adaptive design teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Manage approval workflows and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Attend regular client meetings and site visits in Hemel Hempstead and Witham.
  • Support print trials and production activities.
  • Maintain accurate project, workload, and financial information.
  • Contribute to forecasting, resource planning, and ongoing process improvements.
