We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute Senior Finance Analyst to support our EMEA and APAC operations. This role is pivotal in supporting our Commercial teams driving profitability, optimizing performance, and enhancing financial decision-making across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and evolve established financial models, ensuring they remain robust, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial teams to analyze profitability and identify margin improvement opportunities across EMEA and APAC markets.
- Develop and deploy financial reporting in SAP, including Client Profitability, and support customer master data integrity.
- Provide financial modeling and analytical support for new deals, renewals, and strategic initiatives, including the development of bid/RFP tools.
- Deliver commercial reporting and insights by consolidating data from multiple tools to provide a cohesive regional view.
- Support contract management activities, including system migrations, maintenance, and process improvements.
- Develop tracking mechanisms to monitor and report on the financial benefits of pricing strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights on performance and new business wins to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting, modeling, and strategic planning.
- Lead initiatives to streamline data consolidation, reporting workflows, and enhance overall process efficiency.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a finance or analyst role, ideally within a multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of margin analysis and commercial finance principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and working with enterprise-level data sets; experience with SAP and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a significant advantage.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving business performance.
