We are currently seeking a Director of Growth and Partnership to join our Global Growth team, reporting to the regional lead to support and drive the ambitious growth plans of our EMEA region within Design. The ideal candidate will be UK or NL based, focusing on the UK market but will also have the opportunity to travel to sites across the EMEA region. This role represents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record of delivering growth in a similar, creative environment.

You will immediately work with some of the world’s largest FMCG brands, and alongside some of the best talent in our industry, to identify opportunities to solve our client’s most critical brand challenges globally. The Growth team is pivotal to the future success of Propelis - connecting our lines of business with our global client base, and identifying opportunities for growth across multiple business streams, new territories, and new creative categories.

What you’ll do:

  • Get immersed in the exciting, fast-paced, Marks and Propelis culture, to be able to present our strategic solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Oversee New Business Development as part of the Enterprise Growth Team - identifying Brand Strategy, Packaging, Marketing Comm, eComm, Digital and Social opportunities.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Attend conferences and agency events to foster new agency leads across Marks and the broader collective.
  • Apply insights and/or lead RFPs, new business needs and new client lead meetings.
  • Effectively present and communicate rationale and solutions to clients across an array of both Marks and Propelis services.
  • Recommend improvements in the New Business Design process and utilization of resources and subject matter experts.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Design.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in new business, account management and/or leadership.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience working with clients on brand strategy, design and design adaptation all in relation to packaging, digital, marketing communications.
  • Proficiency in using Mac OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PPTX and Keynote.
  • The ability to identify, develop and foster effective business relationships up to C-Suite level.
  • Top level presentation skills, coupled with the ability to captivate audiences large and small.
  • A thorough understanding of the creative process.
