I’m partnering with an established, high-growth B2B SaaS business that is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop a high-performing sales function.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves the numbers, understands what drives sales performance and knows how to get the best out of a team.

You’ll take ownership of sales performance across both new business and existing customers, working closely with the senior leadership team to drive the next stage of growth.

The role:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Own sales performance against monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Drive both new customer acquisition and growth across existing accounts
  • Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Use data to identify opportunities and address performance gaps
  • Continuously improve sales processes, conversion and productivity
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and senior leadership

What I’m looking for:

  • Proven experience leading a target-driven B2B sales team
  • A strong track record of delivering against revenue targets
  • A genuinely data-driven approach to sales leadership
  • Strong coaching and people-management experience
  • Experience working in a high-volume / high-velocity sales environment
  • Confidence with CRM, forecasting and pipeline management
  • SaaS or technology experience would be highly desirable
  • Experience selling into SMEs would be a real advantage

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to have a genuine impact on how a sales function operates and performs, with the autonomy to develop the people, processes and structure needed to take the team to the next level.
