My client is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Head of IT to lead a critical phase of systems transformation across the business. This is not a "keep the lights on" IT leadership role. We need someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery; an IT leader who is equally comfortable shaping transformation programmes and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
You'll play a central role in driving technology change across the organisation, leading major initiatives including CRM adoption, CPQ and ERP transformation, AI enablement, vendor management, and ongoing ISO27001 compliance.
Key responsibilities:- Driving HubSpot adoption across the business post-implementation
- Leading CPQ and ERP transformation programmes from current state through to delivery
- Managing vendor relationships and AI adoption initiatives
- Maintaining ISO27001 compliance standards
- Tackling legacy systems and improving operational efficiency
- Has a proven track record delivering business transformation within SME environments
- Can operate as both IT leader and Project Manager
- Has experience building project plans and running project boards
- Is comfortable being hands-on within a small team environment
- Understands how to balance operational delivery with strategic change
- Brings experience from a similar growth or transformation journey
This role would suit an experienced IT Manager, Head of IT, or Technology Transformation Lead who enjoys working closely with the business and driving meaningful change. If you're excited by the opportunity to shape and modernise technology within a growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
