• Create detailed reports on system performance

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a technical support or analyst role, ideally with AI or software systems
• Confidence in dealing with customers and translating complex issues into simple terms
• Ability to analyse structured/unstructured data, especially video and metadata

Bonus Points for:

• Exposure to AI, computer vision, or ML systems
• Familiarity with Go, Python, or similar languages
• Knowledge of retail tech or self-checkout systems
• Experience using video analysis tools or support ticketing platforms
