Technical Account Manager – German Speaking

What You’ll Do
- Lead Customer Programs – Plan and coordinate initiatives to ensure customers get maximum value from the platform. Champion adoption and engagement across user teams.
- Own Projects & Renewals – Support pilots, renewals, and expansion projects, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer goals with internal teams including Delivery, Product, and Sales.
- Stay Engaged & Aligned – Host regular check‑ins and strategic meetings, including on‑site visits and quarterly reviews, to deepen partnerships and maintain alignment.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in implementation roles, or a similar client‑facing role.
- Fluent German (written and spoken) – essential.
- Strong multitasking, project execution, and time management skills.
- A proactive, empathetic, customer‑first mindset.
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment.
