Demand Generation Manager โ€“ Fast-Growth Finance Automation SaaS ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ’ธ

Propel is partnering with a leading international SaaS group in the finance automation and performance management space, powering finance teams with intelligent tools across consolidation, financial close, reconciliation, reporting and budgeting.

With three complementary products, a growing footprint across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, and ambitious revenue targets ahead, the business is now hiring a Demand Generation Manager to take full ownership of pipeline generation and build the engine that drives revenue across all markets.

Sitting at the intersection of sales and marketing, youโ€™ll be the person who understands the commercial number, reverse-engineers it into MQL/SQL goals, and builds the campaigns, programs and digital activity that deliver the pipeline.

What youโ€™ll be doing:

  • Acting as the right hand to the commercial and marketing leads, owning day-to-day demand generation across three SaaS brands.
  • Building and executing multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email and ABM to drive high-quality, sales-ready demand in the UK and Nordics.
  • Translating revenue targets into full-funnel plans, modelling MQL and SQL requirements, and shaping the activity needed to support predictable pipeline generation.
  • Leveraging HubSpot for automation, lead scoring, reporting and funnel optimisation, ensuring a seamless, efficient handoff between marketing and sales.
  • Analysing performance across all channels, spotting opportunities, running experiments and optimising for ROI.

What theyโ€™re looking for:

  • 4+ yearsโ€™ experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or digital acquisition.
  • A strong analytical operator who can break down sales targets into MQL/SQL goals and build the activity required to hit them.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, automation, reporting and CRM processes.
  • Familiarity with finance automation, financial close, or related SaaS competitors is advantageous.
  • Someone proactive, commercially minded and confident owning channels end-to-end.
