We’re partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS business operating in a complex, regulated Fintech environment. They are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own a defined portfolio area of the business end to end. This person owns how their part of the business is taken to market, understood, and scaled. You will be responsible for the full journey, from defining the problem, to shaping positioning and messaging, to leading GTM and planning the campaigns that bring it to life.
Why this role matters
Each portfolio area within the business operates like its own mini business unit. This role owns one of them. You will decide how your area is positioned, how it is talked about, how it goes to market, and how marketing supports revenue.
What you’ll own day to day
- Act as the marketing owner for a defined product or solution area
- Build deep understanding of the problem space, customer needs, and buying context
- Take responsibility for how your area performs commercially
- Positioning and messaging
- Define and evolve positioning for your portfolio
- Own messaging frameworks used across campaigns, content, and sales conversations
- Translate complex subject matter into clear, credible value propositions
- Decide how and when solutions are launched, refreshed, or scaled
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align priorities
- Plan and run campaigns that support awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Choose the right mix of channels based on audience and commercial goals
- Ensure campaigns are coherent, well-sequenced, and actually usable by Sales
- Work directly with Sales and Pre-Sales to support deals and pipeline progression
- Create messaging, assets, and narratives that show up in real customer conversations
- Act as the single marketing point of accountability for your portfolio
- Gather insight from the market, Sales, and performance data
- Continuously refine positioning, campaigns, and GTM approach
- Improve how marketing supports revenue over time
What success looks like
- Your portfolio area has clear positioning and a confident GTM story
- Sales understands how to sell it and why it matters
- Campaigns are focused, joined up, and commercially relevant
- Marketing is seen as a driver, not a support function
You’ll thrive here if you bring
- Experience in Fincrime, B2B marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles within SaaS or regulated technology
- Experience owning a product, solution, or portfolio area end to end
- Confidence working across positioning, GTM, and campaign planning
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and senior stakeholders
- A commercial mindset and comfort taking ownership
- Experience within financial crime, compliance, AML, fraud, or related regulated domains is required.
Team and environment
This is a lean, high-ownership marketing team. People are trusted to run their areas, make decisions, and be accountable for outcomes. If you want clear ownership, autonomy, and the chance to shape how a business unit goes to market, this role gives you that.
