Senior Product Manager – Fast-Growth FinTech
Remote (UK based – right to work needed)
I’m partnered with a fast-growth venture-backed FinTech that focusses on cross-border financial services. Enabling seamless, affordable and secure transfers, the company aims to make cross-border financial management more accessible and efficient for a global audience.
The company is on an exciting trajectory, having recently raised $30M in funding. They’re scaling fast and are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join their team and make a real impact.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will have a sound understanding of the features, functionality, risks and operational processes that support the company’s products. You will be responsible for defining user stories to deliver the strategy and create a product backlog. You will own the product backlog, drive prioritization and delivery, which will include managing the budget and outcome metrics.

- 6+ years of product management experience in financial service apps.
- Skilled in translating vision, roadmaps, and user feedback into actionable app updates.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Customer-focused with expertise in user experience and outcome optimization.
- Experienced in digital product delivery, agile methodologies, and change management.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
