We're working with a high-growth FinTech scale-up on the hunt for a Lead Product Designer to join their team and help shape the future of their product. If you love solving meaningful problems, designing slick user experiences, and getting stuck in across the full design lifecycle — this one's for you.
You'll be joining a small, tight-knit team that truly cares about building great products. They're customer-obsessed, driven by purpose, and moving fast — so you'll have plenty of ownership and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.

- Owning and improving design systems across platforms
- Reviewing feature performance and identifying ways to continuously improve
What my client are looking for:
- 5+ years' experience designing top-tier mobile and web products
- A strong portfolio of shipped work — across iOs, Android, and Web
- Deep UX thinking and a clean, detail-focused visual design approach
- Expert in Figma and confident working autonomously
- A natural problem-solver with a love for refining flows and crafting elegant solutions
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-focused environments
Bonus points for:
