We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer fintechs as they continue an exciting period of growth.

Recently recognised as one of the UK's fastest-growing companies, revenues have doubled over the last 12 months and the business is already profitable.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Executive to join a high-growth business and take ownership of customer lifecycle marketing across a range of travel-focused campaigns.

You'll play a key role in driving customer activation, engagement and retention, using data to shape campaigns that encourage customers to get the most from the product and maximise long‑term value.

The Role

You'll own CRM campaigns from planning through to execution and optimisation.

There is already a strong lifecycle programme in place, giving you an excellent foundation to build from.

The opportunity is to go beyond simply delivering campaigns by using customer insight and commercial thinking to identify new opportunities that increase engagement, usage and retention.

You'll have genuine ownership of your CRM programmes, with the autonomy to test ideas, optimise customer journeys and influence campaign strategy.

You'll be involved in

  • Planning and delivering lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications and in‑app messaging.
  • Managing customer journeys from activation through to engagement and retention.
  • Analysing customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Developing campaign ideas that increase product usage and customer lifetime value.
  • Building business cases for new CRM initiatives using customer insight and data.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and continually optimising results.
  • Working within Braze (or a similar CRM platform) to deliver best‑in‑class customer journeys.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product and commercial teams to deliver engaging customer experiences.

About You

You'll likely have around 2 to 4 years' experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or Customer Retention, with responsibility for planning and delivering customer communications across multiple channels.

Ideally you'll come from an app‑first consumer business where you've worked across channels such as email, push notifications and in‑app messaging.

This could include fintech, digital banking, travel, marketplaces, subscriptions or other high‑growth consumer apps.

Experience using platforms such as Braze, Mo Engage, Bloomreach or Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar would be highly beneficial.

Most importantly, you're curious, commercially minded and enjoy using customer data to improve engagement, retention and overall campaign performance.

You're looking for a role where you'll have greater ownership, more autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a fast‑growing business.

Why Join?

  • Join one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer fintechs.
  • Revenues have doubled in the last year and the business is already profitable.
  • Own end‑to‑end CRM campaigns with real autonomy.
  • Work on engaging travel-focused customer campaigns.
  • Use modern CRM technology including Braze.
