What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CMOs, COOs, VPs of Marketing, and Heads of Partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy to expand market presence.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Regularly report on pipeline movement and sales performance.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or performance marketing sales.
  • A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience selling enterprise-level solutions to brands in high-growth industries.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A data-driven approach to sales strategy and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
