The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing New Business team as an SDR, acting as the engine of outbound growth.
You’ll sit at the top of the funnel, working closely with Sales, Marketing and leadership to identify, engage and qualify retail prospects — setting up high-quality meetings for the Business Development team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating sales-qualified leads via outbound prospecting:
- Phone
- Events
- Booking discovery meetings for Business Development Managers
- Researching target retail accounts and buyer personas
- Working closely with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and inbound interest
- Creating and managing outbound email and LinkedIn sequences
- Running discovery-style conversations to uncover needs, pain points and buying triggers
- Clearly articulating the company’s value proposition and differentiators
- Feeding insights back into Sales and Marketing to continuously improve messaging and results
What They’re Looking For
Must-haves
- 1 years’ experience as an SDR or in a lead-generation / outbound sales role in RetailTech, Fintech (payments), performance marketing, loyalty / rewards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to hit or exceed activity and meeting targets
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a 100% outbound environment
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Ambition to progress into a closing role.
