They’re now looking for a Senior CRM Manager to take ownership of their global lifecycle strategy and lead the next evolution of customer marketing. - Define and deliver a creative, data-led roadmap to improve repeat purchase rate, reactivation, and loyalty.
- Own performance reporting, forecasting, and insight-sharing across the business, connecting customer data to commercial impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Data, and Growth to design campaigns that blend inspiration with commercial performance.
- Partner closely with analysts and data science teams to translate customer behaviour into actionable marketing opportunities.
5+ years experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing ideally in a fast-growth D2C or eCommerce environment.
- Proven track record improving repeat purchase and customer LTV through creative and analytical retention initiatives.
- Strong technical understanding of CRM tools (Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable or similar).
- A collaborative, data-driven mindset and the confidence to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
- A love of creativity, curiosity, and bringing commercial storytelling to life across the customer journey.
