The Role

As Renewals Team Lead, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to refine forecasting, enhance internal processes, and improve team performance. Your role will be a blend of strategy and hands-on leadership, ensuring the team stays ahead of renewals and drives the best possible retention rates. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivational, and have a keen analytical mind to identify trends and areas for improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop a team of renewals specialists, ensuring retention KPIs are consistently met.
  • Implement structured forecasting processes, ensuring the team stays ahead of upcoming renewals.
  • Monitor key renewal metrics and ensure timely interventions for at-risk contracts.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless collaboration and dual accountability.
  • Act as a strategic thinker, identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Provide regular reporting, performance insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Foster a high-energy, positive team environment that drives motivation and accountability.

  • Proven experience leading a renewals, account management, or customer success team in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and identify trends.

  • Competitive package: Base salary of £45,000 with OTE potential to reach £60-65k take-home pay. Wider package includes pension scheme, 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), etc.
