I have an opportunity to join one of Leeds\β largest Executive Search firms as their Learning & Development Specialist.
The Role:
Global Onboarding for New Starters
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure the best onboarding experience for all new colleagues.
Training of New Starters
- The first 6-8 weeks of a new colleagues time with the firm will be working closely with you to get up and running!
Delivering Continuous Company-wide Training
- Continually assess and review current training material to ensure it remains current & relevant for the business and create updated content as and when required.
Continuous Improvement
- As the Recruitment Partner you will also be responsible for managing, evaluating, and improving the technological tools and systems that support the Tech Stack.
System Optimisation & Implementation
- Regularly assess current platforms and technologies to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
What You Bring to the Table:

- Experience within recruitment (executive search is preferable)
- Exposure to training programmes (especially onboarding)
