London Mostly Remote Working - Office (2-4 times per month). We’re partnered with an independent creative and marketing agency looking for a Project Manager to join their growing operations team. This is a key role within the business, supporting the delivery of complex, multi-stream creative and brand projects across strategy, campaigns, content, experiential and digital work.

They’re looking for someone who can sit at the centre of project operations — owning timelines, project plans, documentation, budgets, workflows and team coordination — while enabling senior creative and production leads to focus on client relationships and creative delivery. The ideal person will come from a creative, integrated, production or experiential agency background and feel confident managing multiple moving projects at once. You’ll be highly organised, commercially aware and proactive in spotting risks, chasing actions and keeping delivery on track.

The role will involve:

  • Managing timelines, project plans, schedules and delivery workflows across multiple projects
  • Supporting budget tracking, forecasting, reconciliations and supplier/freelancer coordination
  • Running internal WIPs, status meetings and delivery check-ins
  • Managing project tooling and documentation across platforms such as Productive.io, Monday, Asana or similar
  • Coordinating shoots, workshops, events and wider project logistics
  • Supporting process improvement, operational structure and ways of working across the agency
  • Working closely with Producers, Client Services and Creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

They’re particularly interested in people who are naturally process-driven, calm under pressure and excited by the opportunity to improve delivery through smarter systems, workflows and AI tools.

Experience required:

  • Previous Project Management experience within a creative, branding, integrated, content or experiential agency
  • Strong commercial understanding across budgets, POs, forecasting and project finance
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing agency environment
