Seeking Senior or Director level Project Managers working in Construction, looking to transition into Construction Technology. Our client is a VC-backed, high-growth ConTech business transforming how major construction projects are delivered. Their AI-powered platform automates on-site progress tracking, enabling contractors, consultants and asset owners to improve planning accuracy, increase efficiency and reduce costly delays.

The Role

You’ll own executive-level relationships across major UK construction clients - driving account growth, product adoption and long-term strategic value.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and develop senior stakeholder relationships across contractors and asset owners
  • Drive upsells and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
  • Monitor account health, value realisation, and revenue forecasting
  • Secure executive sponsorship and increase product adoption across projects
  • Lead change management conversations within complex construction environments
  • Translate customer insight into product and commercial feedback
  • Support advocacy initiatives including case studies and market visibility

About You

  • Extensive experience in construction project management
  • Deep understanding of commercial and operational construction processes
  • Credible influencing senior and executive stakeholders
  • Strong communicator - confident on-site and in the boardroom
  • Proactive, high ownership, comfortable in a scaling environment
