We’re hiring an experienced Professional Services Consultant to support the growth of a leading SaaS platform making waves in the construction and infrastructure space. You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team during a key phase of UK and European expansion.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and support SaaS implementations for new clients across the UK and Europe
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and adoption
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and presentations, helping users get maximum value from the platform
  • Map out client requirements, document business processes, and support product customisation
  • Act as the client’s go-to throughout onboarding and early adoption, championing feedback and identifying growth opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in management consulting or SaaS delivery, ideally with experience leading software implementations
  • Strong project management and stakeholder skills – you know how to get buy-in and drive momentum
  • Confident presenting to clients, both in-person and remotely
  • A strong communicator with a knack for solving problems and building long-term relationships
  • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector is a plus, but not essential
