I’m looking for a senior activation specialist to join a digital agency on an initial three-month contract.
This role needs someone with deep experience delivering and optimising digital campaigns, who can lead specialist teams, challenge campaign setups and make clear recommendations to improve performance.
You could currently be a Head of Programmatic, Head of Paid Social, Activation Director or Performance Director, with strong expertise in your core channel and confidence overseeing delivery across disciplines.
The role:
- Lead activation delivery, bringing senior oversight to campaign setup, optimisation and performance.
- Support and challenge channel specialists, maintaining high standards across execution, budgets and measurement.
- Identify performance issues and turn insights into practical actions.
- Give clients clear, confident guidance on campaign delivery and results.
- Work with planning, analytics and client teams to translate objectives into effective activation.
What you’ll bring:
- Senior experience leading programmatic, paid social or broader performance activation.
- Strong practical knowledge of platforms, campaign management and optimisation.
- Experience managing specialist teams and overseeing complex campaigns.
- Confidence stepping into a contract quickly and taking ownership.
