Responsibilities
- Build, manage, optimise and report on paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn for B2B clients
- Analyse data, form hypotheses and run experiments
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking setups
- Work with designers to create and optimise landing pages
- Keep up to date with platform changes and marketing trends
- Communicate with clients when needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands‑on LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience, ideally within B2B
- Experience in PPC is a bonus
- Practical understanding of attribution
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and an analytical mindset
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented
- Clear written and verbal communication
- UK‑based and within 1 hour of Central London
- A good sense of humour — if you’re very straight‑laced, this won’t be your place
- Google Ads experience is an added bonus
