I’m currently partnering with a highly respected, fast-growing SaaS and digital services organisation to recruit a Junior Training & Onboarding Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at an early stage in their career to gain hands-on experience in customer training, onboarding, and SaaS delivery within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a close-knit team focused on delivering an excellent customer experience, helping new and existing users confidently adopt a market-leading software platform. Working alongside experienced training professionals and cross-functional teams (including product, development, and customer support), you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging training and supporting onboarding activities. Training is primarily delivered remotely, with occasional in-person sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and delivery of onboarding sessions and customer training
- Deliver engaging training sessions (mainly virtual)
- Assist in creating training materials such as guides, presentations, and onboarding resources
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics
- Capture and share customer feedback to improve the training experience
- Support user testing of new features to ensure training readiness
- Assist with onboarding processes and gradually take on more responsibility
- Help maintain accurate documentation and user guides
