I'm working with one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer start-ups – a brand that has built serious commercial traction through TikTok Shop and is now looking for someone to own that function for a specific region. They're not looking for someone to maintain what's already working. They want someone to take real ownership of it, push it further, and keep finding the next opportunity. The strategy is proven and it's delivering.
You'd be inheriting a system that works – but this is not a hands‑off role. You'll be responsible for hitting ambitious view and revenue targets for your region (UK, EU or North America), managing a small team of junior assistants who handle the operational side, and bringing fresh ideas every single month. The expectation is that you're constantly analysing, challenging and testing – not just running the existing playbook on repeat.

What you'd be doing:
- Owning TikTok Shop affiliate strategy for your region end to end
- Managing and motivating a creator community to drive views and sales

- Managing a small team of junior assistants and delegating refined workflows to them
- Identifying and testing new strategies on a regular basis
- Working closely with the marketplace team to ensure revenue targets are hit
