Propel is working with a market-leading organisation that’s building a new product set to transform how businesses run their campaigns. Backed by a major UK media organisation but operating with the pace and autonomy of a startup, this team is creating something bold, new, and impactful - and design is central to how that story is told.
They’re now looking for a Mid-Weight Designer who can help shape how this emerging product shows up across every touchpoint. Someone who’s excited by variety, comfortable in product-adjacent environments, and ready to bring creative direction as well as hands-on craft.
What you’ll be doing:
- Bringing a new digital product to life visually across web, email, social, paid channels and campaign surfaces
- Turning technical ideas and product features into accessible, compelling creative
- Contributing to the evolution of a developing brand identity and setting creative direction on how it shows up
- Designing across multiple formats — from marketing assets to product-adjacent visuals and launch materials
- Working closely with marketing, product and growth teams to ensure a consistent, thoughtful visual experience
- Supporting campaign and go-to-market activity as the product continues to scale
What they’re looking for:
- 4–6+ years as a Designer (brand, digital or marketing design backgrounds welcome)
- Strong experience designing in a product-led environment - ideally B2B/B2C tech, SaaS, fintech or digital platforms
- Strong conceptual thinking - someone who can take a brief and elevate it, not just execute
- Confident turning complex product concepts into simple, high-impact visual stories
- Broad multi-channel experience across digital, social, web, email and campaign formats
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Motion design is a bonus, not a requirement
- Someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration and working closely with product-focused teams
Location: central London-based | Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Salary: ~£50,000
