Propel is partnering with a national media group that's redefining how brands connect with local audiences. From radio and outdoor to digital and live experiences, they create campaigns that move people, and drive results.
This is a content-first, commercially-minded role sitting at the heart of the marketing team. You'll shape how the business talks to advertisers, keep the sales team armed with what they need to win, and turn audience data and market insight into stories that actually sell.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating and managing marketing collateral, decks, and sales content, from sector insights and seasonal campaigns to data-led stories built around audience behaviour
- Owning the sales enablement platform (Showpad), keeping it organised, current, and stocked with the latest product materials, RAJAR figures, and campaign case studies
- Building out a central knowledge hub for the Local Sales team, expanding into thought‑leadership and whitepapers over time
- Supporting key marketing partnerships and trade events, creating toolkits and messaging that amplify brand visibility
- Contributing to co‑marketing initiatives and webinars that showcase expertise and generate leads
- Blending commercial data, audience research, and market insight into compelling stories for advertisers
What they're looking for:
- 2+ years in B2B or media marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills, comfortable writing, building decks, and crafting campaign collateral
- Confident using Showpad or similar sales enablement platforms, and able to manage content at scale
- Commercially minded, organised, and proactive, someone who takes ownership and gets things done
- A natural relationship‑builder who can work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders
