I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company that is transforming how organisations manage facilities, assets, and operational workflows through a modern collaborative platform. Following continued international growth, they're looking to hire a Mid-Market Account Executive to join their UK team.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning and developing a Mid-Market territory
- Building account plans and executing outbound campaigns alongside BDRs
- Managing opportunities from qualification through to close
- Conducting executive-level prospecting and stakeholder engagement
- Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Solutions teams
- Managing pilots, trials, forecasting, and pipeline activity
- Driving customer expansion and supporting retention initiatives
- Representing the business at customer and industry events
What they're looking for:
- 5+ years of success in SaaS sales, including Account Executive experience
- Proven track record in SMB and/or Mid-Market environments
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers and multiple stakeholders
- Strong value-based selling and business case development skills
- Background in high-growth technology businesses
- Experience in PropertyTech, Facilities Management, Building Management, or related sectors would be advantageous
- Highly organised, coachable, and driven to exceed targets
