I’m working with a major B2C services business going through a genuine transformation. They’re rebuilding their marketing and commercial engine from the ground up, with senior leadership backing, real budgets, and a clear ambition to rethink how growth is driven in their category. This is a business that now operates much more like a retail and D2C organisation. Commercial performance matters. Distribution matters. Execution matters.
They’re now hiring their first Partnerships Marketing Executive to help unlock growth through third-party distribution. This is not a traditional partnerships or brand role. It sits much closer to affiliate marketing, but within a regulated environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the setup and execution of commercial distribution partnerships
- Working with online platforms, communities, and partner businesses
- Helping operationalise partnership conversations into compliant, live activity
- Coordinating internally with marketing, legal, and compliance teams
- Running partner-led campaigns and tracking what’s working
- Improving performance over time, not just launching and moving on
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, sitting directly in the revenue-driving part of the marketing function.
What we’re looking for:
We’re open on background. What matters is commercial thinking and execution. You might come from:
- Affiliate networks or affiliate agencies
- In-house affiliate or partnerships roles
- Commercial or distribution-focused marketing roles
You’ll likely have:
- Experience working with partner-led or distribution-based growth
- A strong understanding of how partnerships actually drive sales
- Comfort working in regulated or constrained environments
- A hands-on mindset — you like getting things live, not just talking about them
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders without needing lots of structure
This could suit someone stepping up into more ownership, or someone early-mid career who wants to build something meaningful.
This will suit you if:
- You enjoy turning ideas into execution
- You like commercial, revenue-linked work rather than brand-led partnerships
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and building as you go
- You want to help shape a function from day one
- You prefer being close to outcomes rather than sitting in a silo
- You’re happy working from an office 3 days per week in Maidenhead
This probably won’t be right for you if:
- You prefer purely relationship-driven partnership roles
- You’re looking for brand, sponsorship, or influencer partnerships
- You want a highly structured, slow-moving corporate environment
- You dislike ambiguity or hands-on execution
- You’re looking for a remote-first role
- This is your first commercial or marketing role
Competitive salary: circa £40–45k, with flexibility for the right profile
Hybrid working: 3 days per week in a Maidenhead office
Opportunity: to build a partnerships function from scratch
Strong exposure: to senior leadership and commercial decision-making
Clear progression: as the wider marketing and growth team scales
Benefits: Pension, holiday allowance, and additional corporate benefits
Please note:
- Sponsorship can’t be provided for this opportunity
- Candidates will be required to prove full existing right to work in the UK
- The successful applicant will be required to pass pre-employment checks
