We're hiring on behalf of one of the UK's most exciting fintech scaleups. This is the next big step for someone already working in CRM who's ready to move up, take ownership, and be seen as the right hand to the Head of Marketing. Since launch in 2020, this mobile-first fintech has transformed how people spend abroad. Now they are voted as No1 by consumers in their space and CRM is at the heart of their growth plans.
The Opportunity
This isn't a "build campaigns and report back" role. You'll own the CRM & retention engine day-to-day, be trusted to make decisions, and have a clear line of progression into CRM Manager as the team grows. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, who has a CRM background and wants someone proactive, curious, and hungry to shape strategy not just execute it.
What You'll Do
- Lead lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app to drive card usage and retention.
- Own segmentation and automation in Braze building smarter journeys that move customers from sign-up to loyal advocates.
- Partner with major brands to craft loyalty CRM strategies and optimise campaigns at scale.
- Reinvigorate social channels and tie them into CRM activity for consistent, on-brand customer comms.
- Experiment and optimise: test creative, messaging, and journeys, learn fast, and apply insights.
About You
- 2+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing (you might be a CRM Exec today, ready to step up).
- Hands-on with building and optimising campaigns.
- Comfortable with segmentation, automation, and ideally tools like Braze (or similar).
- Curious, proactive, and confident in bringing ideas forward.
- A strong copywriter who knows how to engage app users.
Bonus Points
- If you have worked in a mobile 1st business or a consumer focused startup/scaleup.
Why Join?
- A fintech scaleup with momentum and household-name partners.
- Real ownership not just executing briefs, but shaping strategy.
- Clear progression path into CRM Manager as the team grows.
- Work directly with an experienced Head of Marketing, with a background in CRM who will mentor you.
- Hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 WFH Friday).
- Salary + Equity.
If you are looking for a role where you can go from "support CRM" to "take charge of lifecycle, own campaigns, learn strategy, and grow into management," this is spot on for you!
