We’re working with an agency supporting a global brand on a short-term project and are looking for a Research Analyst to support a focused 3-week validation sprint.
The role will centre on testing five pre-defined consumer territories using a combination of social listening and desk research. You’ll be responsible for analysing real consumer conversations, identifying key themes and sentiment, and supporting findings with market data, trend validation, and competitive context.
Key responsibilities:
- Run social listening across multiple consumer territories
- Build and refine search queries (keywords, hashtags, behavioural signals)
- Analyse sentiment, volume, themes, and regional differences
- Conduct desk research to validate trends and size market opportunities
- Map competitor activity and relevant cultural signals
- Deliver a clear, structured output including a validation dashboard and final report
Requirements:
