The Role
This is a hunter role focused on driving new business across the UK. You’ll own the full sales cycle — generating pipeline, leading discovery, running demos, building commercial proposals and closing complex, multi-site deals. This is not an account management role. They need someone commercially driven, proactive, and hungry to build pipeline and win business.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound and account-based sales activity across target sectors
- Own full-cycle sales: prospect → discovery → proposal → close
- Sell into estates, energy, sustainability, and operational stakeholders
- Build commercial proposals for multi-site deployments
- Run value-led demos and ROI conversations
- Manage complex stakeholder environments across enterprise accounts
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
- Collaborate closely with leadership during a key scale phase
About You
- Experience in B2B solution or SaaS sales
- Confidence managing sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong discovery and value articulation skills
- Ability to meet prospects F2F and travel nationally
- Experience building commercial proposals and negotiating contracts to close
- A structured approach to pipeline management with ability to close multiple deals in a month
Nice to have:
- Experience in ClimateTech, Smart Buildings, PropTech, Energy, or FM
- Exposure to HubSpot or modern sales tooling
