I'm working with a leading advertising agency who are seeking an experienced Analytics Director to deliver data-driven campaigns for a high-profile UK banking client. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days onsite in London.
Role Overview
The Analytics Director will lead a multi-disciplinary team, leveraging audience, digital, first-party, and third-party data to maximise campaign performance. The role involves collaborating with internal data teams, managing external data partners, and translating analytics into actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data strategies to enhance advertising performance.
- Oversee integration and governance of digital, first-party, and third-party data.
- Manage relationships with external data providers, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise analytics workflows and mentor team members.
- Translate client business objectives into actionable analytics plans.
- Promote adoption of AI and predictive analytics for forecasting and personalisation.
Skills & Experience Required
- 8+ years in data leadership, with agency or advertising experience essential.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business outcomes through analytics, not just reports.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Science, or a related discipline.
Contract length: 2 months initially
Working pattern: Hybrid / remote (approx. 2–3 days onsite in London)
