The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

I'm working with one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer brands - a start-up that's scaled at a pace most businesses only dream of and built a huge fan following in the process through social content alone. They've mastered one channel. Now they want someone to go and crack everything else.

This is a build-from-scratch role. There's no existing playbook - your job is to go out, find creators across other key channels like Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and wherever else makes sense, figure out which creator partnership models actually work, build the systems to run them at scale, and keep testing until you've found what sticks.

If you've ever wanted a role where you're genuinely figuring something out rather than executing someone else's strategy, this is it.

This will suit you if:

  • You're genuinely self-directed - you don't wait to be told what to try next, you're already three tests ahead
  • You think in systems - you're not just finding creators, you're building the infrastructure to find thousands of them
  • You're comfortable working across multiple platforms and partnership models without a clear precedent to follow
  • You get excited by ambiguity rather than unsettled by it
  • Any background in creator, influencer or affiliate marketing is a real advantage - but mindset will matter more than experience here

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and scaling creator pipelines across social platforms outside of TikTok Shop
  • Testing partnership models - gifting, flat fee, performance-based - and finding what drives the best return
  • Identifying viral formats and educating creators on how to replicate them
  • Launching and validating entirely new growth channels from scratch
  • Monitoring performance across all initiatives and optimising for efficiency
  • Drawing on a team of junior assistants to help scale operations

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine bias for action - you move fast and make decisions with imperfect information
  • Creative and analytical in equal measure - you spot opportunities and you know how to measure them
  • Comfortable with pace, ambiguity and frequent change
  • Experience in influencer, creator or affiliate marketing in any capacity is a bonus

What's in it for you? This is a brand with serious momentum and a genuinely exciting trajectory. You'd be coming in at exactly the right moment - early enough to shape something from scratch, but with real commercial backing and a proven business behind you. High autonomy, flat structure, fast pace, best idea wins.

Practical info: Central London, 4 days per week in office (no flex on this - start-up collaborative culture where everyone is on the ground together).
