Co-Brand Marketing Manager | London Victoria | Hybrid | Β£50k-60k + Equity

My client is one of the UK's fastest-growing fintechs. They've built a co-brand card platform that major travel and hospitality brands are actively launching programmes on, and the pipeline is growing fast. Real momentum, a product that works, partnerships that matter.

This role is squarely for people with co-brand card experience. Amex, Barclaycard, Capital One, airline loyalty cards, hotel co-brands, issuer or partner side. If you've lived inside one of these programmes, you'll know what this job involves before you finish reading.

The portfolio is expanding quickly, you'll have real ownership of your programmes and genuine visibility with senior stakeholders from day one. Progression here comes from being inside a high-growth business, not from waiting for someone above you to move.

There's equity on top of base too, which at this stage is worth paying attention to.

Day to day you'll be:

  • Acting as the primary marketing contact for a portfolio of co-brand partners
  • Coordinating launches from planning through to execution
  • Working closely with partner marketing teams on acquisition campaigns, promotional calendars and channel strategy
  • Reviewing copy, managing digital assets and keeping everything moving on time
  • Pushing partners to perform and spotting where opportunities are being missed

What we need:

  • 2 -5 years in co-brand, loyalty or partnership marketing, or account management within financial services, payments or a relevant agency
  • Strong third party and stakeholder management, this is the most important thing
  • Organised and methodical with solid project management instincts
  • Assertive but personable, able to push partners without ruffling feathers
  • Based in or able to commute to London Victoria four days a week

Bonus points for website or CMS experience (Webflow or HubSpot), any copy or content writing, and experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
