Propel is excited to be partnered with a specialist Contract Recruitment firm, specialising in trades and labour renewables space within Housing. This role will partner alongside the Divisional Manager, to maximise opportunities and optimise both existing and new accounts. This role will be based in Horsforth, Leeds and is an on-site opportunity.

Role Description: As a Senior/Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts (warm desk) and also generating new business opportunities. You will also be delivering on these projects alongside the help of a team resourcer.

You will have:

  • A strong background in either trades, labour or M&E contract recruitment
  • The ability to do BD but also account manage and deliver on quick requirements
  • Will be a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative worker who is there to support company‐wide and have a team mindset
  • Have a passion for meeting and exceeding targets and maximising every sales opportunity
  • An ambitious professional who has an eye for detail
