Lead Product Manager – FinTech Scale-Up London (hybrid) Up to £120K Start date: ASAP Ready to build something that actually matters ? We’re hiring for not ONE but TWO Lead Product Manager\’s to own and scale one of the key verticals in a fast-growing fintech on a mission to redefine financial access globally You\’ll be the one shaping the vision and roadmap of a full product stream — from strategy through to hands-on execution. Expect full ownership, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the space to make serious impact. What you\’ll be doing: Own the roadmap, P&L, KPIs and performance of your product area (Save, Spend, Send, or Back Office) Lead cross-functional squads to launch, optimise and scale features that users actually love Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Design, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Support Set OKRs, define goals, prioritise ruthlessly – and ship continuously Be both strategic and scrappy: we want someone who can zoom out and roll up their sleeves What we\’re looking for: Extensive product experience in tech or finance (think: payments, crypto, insurance, FX etc.) Experience leading consumer-facing mobile products Some experience managing people or mentoring PMs Solid business acumen – you can talk ROI as easily as UX flows You get shit done, love ownership, and thrive in fast-paced environments Bonus points if you’ve worked in fintech, regulated environment Sound like your kind of challenge?
