Job Description
🎨 Lead Product Designer | FinTech | Hybrid (London)
We’re working with a high-growth FinTech scale-up on a mission to make global finance more accessible and inclusive. 💸🌍
They're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join their small but mighty team and lead design across iOS, Android, and Web. This is for someone who loves solving complex problems with beautiful, intuitive design – and is comfortable owning the full end-to-end process, from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to ship features that genuinely help people in their day-to-day lives.
🧠 What they're looking for:
- Extensive experience in designing commercial apps (in-house, not agency)
- Experience leading small teams
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (not just UI)
- Confident across mobile + web
- Strong Figma skills and solid UX instincts
- High autonomy + love working in fast-paced, mission-led teams
- Experience designing for emerging markets or diverse audiences = big plus
Bonus if you’ve dabbled in code or helped scale design systems across platforms.
💥 You'll have impact from Day 1, helping them launch into new markets and deliver features that make a real-world difference.
