Key responsibilities:

  • Own the strategic direction of the Digital PR service and lead delivery across key client accounts
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across SEO, Content and Organic Performance to integrate Digital PR into wider campaigns
  • Lead client conversations around strategy, execution, performance and results
  • Build and refine processes around team management, workflows and delivery
  • Manage campaigns end to end, from ideation through to outreach, coverage and reporting
  • Deliver high-quality outreach across multiple channels, achieving clear, measurable outcomes
  • Develop creative outreach strategies with multiple angles tailored to different media audiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and publishers across relevant sectors
  • Identify media opportunities through journalist databases, social platforms, link analysis and industry engagement
  • Maintain and develop press and media contact lists for campaigns

Growth and new business:

  • Support pitch responses, including strategy input, written responses and presentations
  • Identify opportunities to introduce Digital PR into existing client relationships
  • Contribute to marketing activity through thought leadership, commentary and industry presence
  • Represent the agency at relevant industry events and conferences

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Digital PR, ideally within an agency environment
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring team members and contributing to team growth
  • Strong track record of managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience helping to scale a service or proposition, including revenue growth and team capability
  • Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
