I’m working with an organisation doing seriously meaningful work, supporting the delivery of IPS (Individual Placement and Support), which helps people facing severe mental illness, drug dependency, homelessness, and other complex barriers get into work. This model is used internationally, and the impact is real.
They’re now looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to lead the charge on everything from data strategy to dashboards, helping the team and stakeholders make informed, insight-led decisions that improve lives.
What you’ll be doing:- Designing and delivering the organisation-wide data strategy
- Leading and developing a small but mighty data & analytics team
- Owning reporting, dashboarding, and data quality across the org
- Translating insight into action for leadership and external partners
- Managing the data budget and supporting wider strategic planning
- Overseeing governance and data protection processes
- A strategic thinker who can get hands-on when needed
- An empathetic leader who builds and nurtures high-performing teams
- A confident communicator who’s comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ideally, someone with experience in the public/third sector or purpose-led environments, but not a must
