The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders across key client accounts.

- Support change management initiatives and successful platform adoption within client organisations.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal product teams to influence future product development.

About You
- 10+ years' experience in construction project management, ideally gained within a Tier 1 contractor, engineering consultancy, developer, or client-side organisation.
- Strong understanding of construction project delivery, business processes, and technology adoption within the built environment sector.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives and influencing decision-makers.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A natural problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience implementing or using technology solutions on construction projects would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as required.
