Growth Marketing Manager – Intermediary Channel
We\’re hiring on behalf of a well-established financial services business that\’s scaling its intermediary channel and looking for a commercially-minded Growth Marketer to take the reins on acquisition through financial advisers and platforms.
This isn’t a consumer marketing role.
This is about driving growth through IFA relationships, adviser platforms, and partnerships using smart, data-led marketing.
They need someone who’s: Spent time in financial services with experience marketing to IFAs, wealth platforms, or asset managers.
The role:
You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising campaigns that support adviser engagement and increase AUM across multiple products and platforms.
Key parts of the job:
- Owning and optimising paid, email, social, and partnership channels
- Running A/B tests and experiments to refine what works
- Working with platforms and third parties on joint campaigns
- Aligning closely with the sales and product teams to support conversion
- Using tools like Financial Clarity to sharpen targeting and segmentation
- Managing performance, budget, and channel strategy end-to-end
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone who’s worked in B2B financial services marketing with exposure to the IFA or wealth adviser market
- Hands-on across key digital channels, not just strategy
- Commercially switched-on able to link activity to leads, income, and AUM
- A natural collaborator, comfortable working across product, sales, and external partners
- Comfortable in a regulated environment, and able to balance creativity with compliance
