Propel is partnering with a leading international SaaS group in the finance automation and performance management space, powering finance teams with intelligent tools across consolidation, financial close, reconciliation, reporting and budgeting. With three complementary products, a growing footprint across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, and ambitious revenue targets ahead, the business is now hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of demand generation and build the engine that drives pipeline across all markets.
Working at the intersection of sales and marketing, you’ll be the person who understands the commercial number, reverse‑engineers it into MQL/SQL goals, and then builds the campaigns and digital activity to deliver it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the right hand to the commercial and marketing leads, owning day‑to‑day growth marketing across three SaaS brands.
- Building and executing multi‑channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and ABM, focused on driving high‑quality demand across the UK and Nordics.
- Translating revenue targets into full‑funnel plans, modelling MQL and SQL requirements, and shaping activity that directly supports pipeline creation.
- Leveraging HubSpot for automation, lead scoring, reporting and funnel optimisation, ensuring seamless handoff between marketing and sales.
- Analysing performance across all channels, identifying growth opportunities and optimising for ROI.

- 4+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or digital marketing.
- A strong analytical operator who can break down sales targets into MQL/SQL goals and build the activity required to hit them.
