Propel is partnered with a fast-growing marketplace scale-up (often called the “Airbnb for shops”) helping brands launch pop-ups and short-term retail activations in flexible spaces.
They connect brands with landlords, take commission per booking, and work with a mix of household names, agencies and digitally-native brands testing physical retail.
They’re now hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own digital growth end-to-end, building the engine that drives revenue through performance, experimentation and conversion.
What you’ll do:
- Own multi-channel growth across Google Ads, Meta, lifecycle/email (and test new channels like LinkedIn Ads)
- Work alongside an external agency (PPC + SEO) while driving optimisation in-house
- Run structured experiments across messaging, email, WhatsApp and channel tests
- Track performance in Looker / Sheets, optimise for ROI, and scale what works
- Influence senior stakeholders and take initiatives from idea → execution
What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years in Growth/Digital Marketing within a high-growth start-up/scale-up
- Strong hands-on performance experience (Google Ads + Meta, ideally LinkedIn Ads too)
- Commercially minded, analytical, and naturally experimental
- Confident owning projects and influencing across the business
